And yet again another fantastic dental visit and follow-on review. Fantastic dental office. Have been there for decades. Complete staff is ALWAYS upbeat, positive, so skilled, and accommodating. Can’t say enough great things about them.

I'm in my 70's and have had to move many times for work. I know dentists! These people are the best ever, professional, highly skilled, courteous and considerate. I had to have crown on short notice as a new patient. They took me in the next day and I walked out with a beautiful one-day crown and a much better fitting bite.

They really did treat me with care and consideration while using the latest technology. They will be my dentists from here on out.

I've been going to Monument Family Dentistry for 18 months and LOVE it there. I've had extensive dental procedures over the last 30 years - I have major dental phobia! This is by far the best dental team I've interacted with. Brandi in the front is a MASTER with customer service, greeting every person with a smile. Dr. B is AMAZING - so talented! And Bianca, the dental hygienist is PHENOMENAL with her VERY GENTLE touch! Cannot say enough good about these people, the care they provide, and the way they treat every person who walks into their office. THANK YOU! :)

We had our first appointment yesterday and it was a breath of fresh air! My daughter was terrified of the dentist after her first visit elsewhere, and both Julie and Dr. Burtwistle were amazing to make her feel comfortable and accommodate her. Very pleased with our experience! :)

I’m new to Monument, and as such this is a new dentist for me. The Doc put a replacement crown, and he actually made the crown himself. It was all done in one session! It looks like a work of art! This is a very sophisticated dental office, they can do implants, crowns, just about anything you might need. Friendly staff, nice location, overall just a great experience.

Dr. Bertwistle and staff are absolutely incredible. I even had fun getting my crown today! The office is clean and cozy and everyone explains what is happening so there isn’t any guessing or anxiety. I have more work I need done but I know I’m in excellent hands when I come here and they will take good care of me.

Update: I went in today for the rest of my dental work. I had a great time again. Going to the dentist can be uncomfortable but everyone at Monument Family Dentistry makes me feel welcome, valued, comfortable, and my teeth look awesome!

We just moved to Monument and have been looking for a “whole family” dentist. What an amazing experience for my 3.5yo- who hadn’t had as great of an experience at a previous dentist office. This office knew just how to talk to him & Kim was amazing at talking him through all of his cleaning steps quickly, so not to lose his attention. Dr. B was straight forward & quick in taking a peak into his tiny mouth and diagnosed a potential cavity issue promptly. The office was professional overall & the space they have is quaint. The staff was mindful of our time and never “left us hanging.” Dr. B brainstormed a solution for a potential cavity our son may have that was both encouraging & positive. We will definitely be going back & turn this location into our whole family’s dentist after this experience!

I was given a next day appointment, which was important to me. I was seen promptly and efficiently. The staff was professional and courteous. Treatment options were explained thoroughly and my opinion was taken into consideration. The office is pleasant and well equiped with advanced technology. I feel comfortable and confident putting my dental health in the hands of Monument Family Dentistry and Dr. Burtwistle.
